Germain Rauguth was hired as the Blues Athletic Therapist in November 2021.

His previous work saw him handle athletic therapy at Concordia University in Montreal where he worked with all men's and women's varsity teams. He also worked at Lower Canada College in Montreal where he oversaw therapy for hockey, soccer, basketball, track and field and football.

Rauguth graduated from Concordia's athletic therapy program in 2020 and added a graduate diploma in business administration in 2021.
