Charlotte Ring was hired as Blues head coach in January 2025.
She spent the 2024 season as a Blues assistant coach and helped the team to a bronze medal at the CCAA National Championship hosted by the Blues at CapU Squamish.
Her coaching background includes work with North Vancouver’s Altitude FC of BC League 1 as well as experience with North Vancouver FC youth teams. As a player, Ring spent the latter part of her youth career in Germany, playing a season in the U17 Bundesliga with FC Neubrandenberg 1904.
As a collegiate athlete, Ring played four seasons at NCAA Div. II Queens University of Charlotte in North Carolina where set all-time records for shots on goal and penalty kicks made and remains in the program’s top-10 in career goals scored.
