Cam MacGillivary joined the Blues as an assistant in Fall 2020. He will be the lead assistant under head coach Alex Van Samang.
As a head coach, MacGillivary has led the senior team at Seaquam Secondary for the past four years.
In the 2013-14 season, MacGillivary helped the Churchill Bulldogs to a AAAA provincial title as an assistant coach working alongside Rick Lopez.
Cam has coached three Basketball BC provincial teams to appearances in the nationals, most recently at the 2019 tournament in New Brunswick.
A CapU grad, he completed a diploma in kinesiology in 2010 and went on to earn bachelors degrees in kinesiology and education from UBC. Cam earned his master's of education from UBC in 2018.
