Athlete of the Week - Vanesa Gatto

The fourth-year libero was asked to play out of position Saturday, moving to the outside hitter spot to record six kills and a block in her debut as an attacking player. Gatto was her usual reliable self in Friday’s game, handling the bulk of first touches for the Blues and also stepped up when the Blues setter had first touch as she was perfect on nine setting attempts.
