In 2017, Paul Dailly will return for his 15th season with the Blues after winning his second-straight PACWEST Championship and second-straight medal at the CCAA National Championships. An alumnus of Capilano College, Dailly won back-to-back BCCAA Championships and CCAA National Championships with the Blues in 1990 and 1991. Dailly was selected to the 1991 CCAA All-Tournament Team, along with being named Team MVP and a Reebok All-Canadian.

After graduating from Capilano College, Dailly joined the Vancouver Whitecaps and played 140 career games over six seasons – ranking him eighth on their all-time list. He was named Vancouver's Player of the Year in his 1995 rookie season after he led the team in scoring.
