The CapU Blues women's volleyball team (11-9) played host to the UFV Cascades (9-11) this past weekend at the Sportsplex. Head coach Cal Wohlford was pleased with his team's performance this weekend, "the team played extremely well, we came out firing both nights and played with a lot of control and confidence. We definitely set a new standard of how we want to continue to play. It was a solid team effort and we want to continue with this success and effort for the rest of the season."
